This site is hosted by Koumbit, a non-for-profit organisation based in Montreal. The site is dynamically generated using a Free, Libre and Open Source Software content management system called Drupal hosted on a "self-managed" server running another FLOSS package called AlternC. Koumbit's goal is to empower groups with a wide range of accessible technological solutions.
